- No. The agent sits in China and visits plants. You (or your local partner) handle DRC site work.
- Can you ship to Lubumbashi?
- The agent helps lock Incoterms and packing. Last mile in DRC is yours or a local forwarder — we do not fake a door-to-pit DDP.
- French or English?
- Both. This page is French-first because that is how DRC buyers search.
- Mining camp in 40 days?
- Factory lead time plus ocean plus port. The agent names a real calendar after the spec, not in the ad.
- Do you sell named Western OEM boxes?
